For referrals submitted on our website (www.touchbistro.com/referrals or www.touchbistro.com/summer-referral) between June 1st and July 31st, 2023, referrers will be eligible to earn $1,500. For a Qualified Referral leading to more than one food service venue location onboard with TouchBistro, the Referrer will receive a flat bonus in the amount of $3,000. Referrers are not permitted to earn a referral bonus for referring themselves, or a business they own or co-own, including franchises. This bonus applies only for referrals submitted for TouchBistro POS in the USA and Canada. TouchBistro employees are not eligible to earn this increased bonus.
TouchBistro Referral Program Terms and Conditions
TouchBistro provides a Referral Program (the “Program”) to allow our friends to benefit from connecting us with new customers.
By submitting a referral or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by terms and conditions (the “Terms”) below and TouchBistro’s Privacy Policy.
For greater certainty, the Terms are applicable for participants in the Program (the “Referrers”) residing outside of the UK and Mexico. Program Eligibility
The following are not eligible to participate in the Program:
TouchBistro registered affiliates and strategic partners with existing referral programs, and authorized TouchBistro resellers.
Restaurant owners, operators, franchisors and business decision makers are not permitted to refer restaurants which they own, operate or they are responsible for making POS purchasing decisions.
TouchBistro employees within the sales organization are eligible to participate in the Program as long as their referrals are located in Canada or the United States, and they are not earning commission on their referral.
Qualified Referrals
Subject to the Terms, a referral is a “Qualified Referral”, which entitles the Referrer, who is eligible to participate in the Program pursuant to the Terms above, to receive the Referral Reward provided below, if: (1) the referred customer is a food service venue; (2) the referred customer is not an existing lead or contact in TouchBistro’s system (TouchBistro reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made in TouchBistro’s sole discretion); (3) it was submitted by the referrer through TouchBistro’s referral page, on or after January 1, 2018; and (4) the referred customer has entered into an agreement with TouchBistro, completed onboarding and is currently live with TouchBistro.

Referrals Reward
Subject to Referrer Conduct requirements outlined below, for Qualified Referrals submitted on or after February 1, 2022, Referrers can earn US$1,000. For Qualified Referrals submitted before February 1, 2022 but on or after January 1, 2020, Referrers are eligible to earn CA$500 or US$500 depending on their respective countries of residence, and for Qualified Referrals submitted before January 1, 2020 but on or after January 1, 2018, Referrers are eligible to earn CA$400 or US$400 depending on their respective countries of residence. Referrers who submitted a referral before January 1, 2018 are not entitled to receive a Referral Reward.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for a Qualified Referral leading to more than one food service venue location onboard with TouchBistro, the Referrer will receive a flat bonus in the amount of: (a) US$2,000 if the Qualified Referral is submitted on or after February 1, 2022; (b) CA$1,000 or US$1,000 depending its country of residency, if the Qualified Referral is submitted before February 1, 2022 but on or after after January 1, 2020; (c) CA$800 or US$800 depending its country of residency, if the Qualified Referral is submitted before January 1, 2020 but on or after January 1, 2018.
The Referrer must create an account in PartnerStack and connect its bank or PayPal account in order to receive payment.
A Referrer may submit a referral for TouchBistro POS, reservations or both, but a referral for both TouchBistro POS and reservations will count as one referral.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make or to the amount of Referral Rewards a Referrer can receive.
TouchBistro will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral and eligible for a Referral Reward.
Referrer Conduct
Referrer acknowledges that nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, association, or joint venture between Referrer and TouchBistro, nor shall either party be deemed to constitute an agent of the other party for any purpose whatsoever.
In participating this Program, Referrer shall:
- make no representations that it is an agent or otherwise affiliated with TouchBistro;
- comply with all laws, regulations, and standards applicable to it including those dealing with privacy and personal information, electronic messages, and any regulated industry; and
- take no action that may damage the goodwill, name and reputation of TouchBistro.
In the event that Referrer violates the Terms, TouchBistro may, among other things, withdraw its consent to Referer’s participation in the Program at any time on notice (the “Notice”) to Referrer, void all Program referral links granted to such Referrer (the “Links”), and forfeit any unpaid Referral Rewards.
Referrer agrees that, upon receiving the Notice, Referrer will immediately cease using all Links, and remove such Links from all Referrer’s websites, social media accounts or in all other materials and documentation generated by Referrer in connection with this Program.
Termination and Changes
TouchBistro reserves the right to modify the Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice.
